Pixia is a small, fast and very capable paint program. The user interface is very compact, leaving most of the screen for painting, and there are no disturbing toolbars. Easy to use layers support. Pixia opens and saves to all common image formats (except for GIF). Excellent HTML help file (available as a separate download). After installing it it works independently on changes in the operating system or registry (windows). Tutorials, user made brushes, and art galleries available on the homepage. Pixia is available in English, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Japanese, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Korean and Hungarian.
